Marshfield

Marshfield is a waterfront community thirty miles southeast of Boston. The town’s rich history dates back to pre-Revolutionary War days and is best know as the birthplace of Daniel Webster. Settled in 1632, the town contains many lovely historic homes. Once a rural and summer community, Marshfield is now peopled by suburbanites who are attracted to it’s beautiful harbor, fine beaches, nature preserve and diversity. From seaside Fieldston to Marshfield Hills, from the Marshfield Fair to the North River Arts Festival, Marshfield is a town with much to offer the residents of it’s many villages.
